We haven’t yet been back to Smashburger on Wolf. Over at Table Hopping there’s some discussion about Burger 21 (which we haven’t tried) vs. Smashburger. The comments, sadly, seem to indicate that the serious oversalting problems remain.
Sad, really. Just about everything I had during the media preview was, bluntly, excellent. At the time I wondered if it was a case of ‘ringers’ making the food for the previews or just newly trained employees being watched very closely. Once that passed it’s just become MOAR SALT! I dunno, maybe they’re doing well?
